Wil Wheaton regrets the size of a bowling ball about one of his favorite Big Bang Theory performances

In a recent interview with Express.co.ukWhen asked about his favorite Big Bang Theory moments, Wil Wheaton recalled a hilarious anecdote with a very heavy bowling ball. While the bowling alley scene lasted a few minutes in the episode, it actually took over 12 hours to shoot. On set that day, Wheaton chose a bowling ball solely for its appearance and regretted it when he discovered its weight.

Of course, this minor mistake didn’t stop Wheaton from returning to the show. After this episode, Wheaton would return 15 more times before the series ended (via IMDb). April 2019 Insider TV spoke to Wheaton prior to the airing of the series finale and asked what the show means to him, to which he expressed his appreciation for the people he worked with on the series.

“God, it meant so much. It was such an incredible gift to work with these great actors, this phenomenal cast and just the most amazing and professional team I have ever worked with,” said Wheaton. “We could spend our entire career hoping to get at least one experience like I did on TBBT. I’m proud to have it in my legacy.”
