The streamer released a teaser for the series Grease Rise Of The Pink Ladies

To celebrate the new year right for Grease fans, official Paramount+ Twitter page released a brief teaser trailer for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies. All in all, this is far from a flashy first trailer, showing only the logo embroidered on the back of a pink jacket, with the subtitle “New episode coming soon.” One would imagine a more interesting, revealing preview is in the works as the show debuts on Paramount+ in 2023, and we already know quite a bit about what the story will entail, who will star and what’s included in the final. bring it to life.

Talk of some kind of Grease sequel goes back to 2019, when Term has confirmed Grease: Rydell High is in production on HBO Max. However, the streamer ultimately dropped the project, prompting Paramount+ to pick it up in the form of Rise of the Pink Ladies. The series is set in 1954. The series follows four outcasts from the Rydell School who founded the Pink Ladies, the same group that Sandy Olsson would join years later. Names like Marisa Davila, Cheyenne Isabelle Wells, Madison Thompson and others will appear in the next 10 episodes.

As of this writing, an official release date for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies has yet to be announced, so stay tuned for announcements in 2023.
