Tamara Brown is leaving. Days of our lives After nearly two years in its most recent run on the NBC soap. The actor, who plays Ava Vitali, confirmed her exit in a post on Instagram.
“Hey all you daily fans!! Tune in if you want to see Ava off. Doll Today for my last day in Salem,” he wrote. “Thought I’d share some of my memories of the last (almost) two years. Finally starts and starts with my first nasal swab. Oh covid!! Thank you for all the love and support you continue to show me. I will miss you all!! Wait, I’m still here, you can find me on IG!! much love.”
Brown actually joined. Doll In 2008, in the role of Ava who was engaged to Stephen Nichols’ character Steve Johnson. Her portrayal of Ava earned her her first Daytime Emmy Award in 2009 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She would briefly return to the soap in 2011 as Taylor Walker, taking over for Natalia Livingston.
Brown reprized her role of Ava in 2015 when Doll was celebrating his 50th birthday. She will be gone again in 2016. Her most recent run as Ava on the NBC show began in November 2020 and will continue until 2022.
As of now, it’s unknown what Brown is going to do next. She has also worked in other soaps before. All my children As Reese Williams and I General Hospital where she played Carly Corinthos and Kim Nero in separate runs.
