Royal expert says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle won’t be welcome in England

Prince Harry won’t get a warm welcome in the UK due to outrage over his and Meghan Markle’s new Netflix documentary series, a royal expert claims.

“I can’t imagine that they will be welcome. I don’t think Harry will ever be happy to return to England,” said journalist Tom Bauer. New York Post Page Six on Thursday, adding that the Suss*xes would likely not be on the guest list for the coronation of King Charles III.

Bauer also clarified that the 38-year-old Duke of Suss*x has become an outsider, and the 41-year-old Duchess of Suss*x has equally distanced herself from the rest of the British royal family.

“I think he just cuts himself off from all of this. You know, he’s turning himself into a pariah, and I don’t think anyone would be watching to see that he’s welcome here,” Bauer said.

“And… she’s definitely done with now.” And he’s on the verge of completion.”

“But, you know, love was rejected.”

Bauer also said that any attempt by Harry to reconcile with his family members would not be easy, given Markle’s pursuit of “fame and fortune.”

“His attempt at reconciliation is an attempt to get them to change what they say to Netflix and [what] the book hit and the reason for that is simply that Meghan is in the mood for fame and fortune and doesn’t give a damn about the royal family,” Bauer said.

He added: “They didn’t give [Markle] what she wanted, which was fame and notoriety on her terms, so now she’s going to turn that against them.”

In the limited series, the couple told their side of the story about what led to their resignation from royal roles in 2020 and subsequent move to California.

The couple also talk about falling in love in the public eye and being harassed and abused by the paparazzi.

After the Netflix document was heavily criticized, Markle and Harry clarified that they did not leave the royal family on Friday due to privacy concerns.

“Their statement announcing their decision to step back is silent on privacy and affirms their desire to continue their roles and public duties,” the couple said. The newspaper “New York Times on Thursday via their press secretary Ashley Hansen.

“Any suggestion otherwise speaks to a key moment of this series.”
