Earlier this month, the reality TV star was sentenced to six and a half years in prison after pleading guilty in July 2022 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The Utah native was arrested in March 2021 on charges of wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy. , but the money laundering charge was dropped after she changed her statement last year.


January 6 Judge Sydney Stein also ordered Shah to confiscate $6.5 million and pay $6.64 million in restitution. Upon her release from prison, she faces five years of parole. The former marketing specialist is due to serve his sentence on February 17th.
