ITVHoliday feeling! Princess Kate wore a red dress for promotion Royal Anthems: Together for Christmasthe second annual Christmas carol concert sponsored by the Royal Trust.
In a short promo for an ITV show on Christmas Eve, the 40-year-old Princess of Wales wore a cranberry dress embellished with a sequined floral pattern. The dress featured a high neckline and sheer long sleeves. The Duchess of Cornwall let the dress take center stage, accentuating the look with a pair of earrings and leaving loose curls cascading over her shoulders.
“Join us this Christmas Eve for a special service at Westminster Abbey full of holiday carols and great performances as we celebrate what makes this the most beautiful time of the year,” Kate says in the promo video.
According to the British TV channel, on Thursday, December 15, Kate will go to a special Christmas service at Westminster Abbey. Prince William will be there to support his wife, whom he married in 2011. King Charles III as well as Queen consort Camilla also expected to participate in an event dedicated to the memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who died in September at the age of 96.
“Led by the Princess of Wales and supported by the Royal Foundation, the service will recognize the dedicated efforts of individuals, families and communities across the UK, and celebrate and demonstrate the joy that human connection and togetherness can bring,” according to ITV Press. release notes.
Royal Anthems: Together at Christmas are for everyone, regardless of religion. “Combining traditional and contemporary elements to reach people of all faiths and none, the service will see the world-renowned Westminster Abbey Choir perform some of the nation’s most beloved hymns, including “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” which was selected through a public poll at the last week,” the network noted. The special will also feature musical performances by Craig David, Alexis French and Samantha Barks, as well as the duo of Alfie Boe and Melanie C.
In addition to the songs, “Shrill Readings” by the 40-year-old Prince of Wales, Dame Kristin Scott Thomas, Hugh Bonneville and Kadina Cox will be performed.
Royal Anthems: Together for Christmas will feature narration by Catherine Zeta-Jones, an introduction by Princess Kate, and video packages that highlight people returning to their community. The special, which will air on ITV1 on Christmas Eve, will also be dedicated to the late Queen.
This month, Kate had several looks in a red dress. She was spotted wearing a red sequined Jenny Packham dress at the annual diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, December 6th. The evening is held every year and welcomes hundreds of members of the diplomatic corps to the state rooms of the palace, making it one of the rare occasions when a crown is appropriate. The Duchess donned sparkling teardrop earrings and the Lotus Flower tiara, which she last wore in 2015 to a state banquet.
