Netflix reveals what viewers will love in 2023

Fans of That ’70s Show get the chance to revisit Foreman’s basement in a whole new way. That ’90s Show is a spin-off about Leah Foreman (Kallie Haverda), Eric and Donna’s teenage daughter who lives with her grandparents Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp) during the summer. Leia makes new friends and they get into all sorts of crazy antics, including smoking in the basement and bringing a keg to the water tower.

Many of the original cast will make guest appearances on the show, including Ashton Kutcher as Kelso, Topher Grace as Eric, and Laura Prepon as Donna. We are already nostalgic!

Bonnie and Terry Turner, the creators of the original series, developed the reboot with the help of their daughter, Lindsey Turner, as well as Gregg Mettler. Mettler was the writer of the original show, and in addition to being the creator of the reboot, he is also the showrunner.

In an interview in 2022 DiversityMettler said: “I wanted [the new series] have the same feeling as “That ’70s Show”. The show had a special tone. It was playful, it had heart, it was sarcastic, it was filled with love in this family, in a group of friends.”

Show release kit January 19.
