Letitia Wright thinks ‘Black Panther 3’ might ‘be in the works’

Ahead of the 2023 Golden Globe Awards on January 10, 2023, Diversity got the chance to talk to Letitia Wright about the possibility of a third Black Panther movie. Suffice to say, her comments on the project couldn’t be more encouraging. “I think it’s already in the works,” she said, adding that in life she tries to think and speak positively. She believes that good words can turn into real, tangible things, which is why she takes on the task of bringing Black Panther 3 to life. Wright told the publication, “I’m showcasing Black Panther 3, why not?”

At the same time, Wright doesn’t let fans get their expectations high, especially when it comes to how soon they can expect Black Panther 3 to release. “We need a little break, we need to regroup, and Ryan [Coogler] need to get back to the lab so it’s going to take a while, but we’re really excited for you guys to see it,” she explained, recalling how incredible it was to bring “Wakanda Forever” to life in time. So if you’re still haven’t started, now is the perfect time to start speculating about what the next Black Panther movie might entail.
