Megan tried to hide herself by wearing an oversized beige jacket with a hood pulled over her head.
She struggled to keep the hood closed around her face, exposing her swollen and flaky lips.
Megan’s Denial
While Fox has been known to deny plastic surgery allegations over the years, following the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, fans are back in their skepticism when she showed up to the event in sheer dress.
