Kim Kardashian cries over ‘heavy hell’ relationship with Kanye West

According to Kim Kardashian, co-parenting with Yeezy is not easy.

The US reality TV star wept as she detailed the struggles of raising four children with ex-husband Kanye West on Monday’s episode.Angie Martinez IRL podcast.

“Co-parenting is tough,” said Kardashian, 42, who shares North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, with West, 45. New York Post reports.

“It’s fucking hard,” she added.

The billionaire and founder of Skims explained that she is making an effort to shield her children from their father’s controversial behavior, including the rapper’s flurry of anti-Semitic attacks in recent months.

“I had the best dad, I had the best memories and the biggest experience, and that’s all I want for my kids as long as they can have it,” said Kardashian, who was very close to her late father, Robert Kardashian.

“This is what I would like for them,” she said. “If they don’t know what they’re talking about or what’s going on in the world, why would I bring this energy to them? It’s really hard adult shit that they’re not ready to deal with.”

Kardashian the star said she’ll be “so prepared” when her kids end up asking questions about their father’s public misdeeds. Meanwhile, Kim’s offspring won’t hear a single bad word about West—at least not from her.

“One day my kids will thank me for sitting here and not scolding their father when I can,” she told host Angie Martinez. “All this crazy shit. They will thank me and I will personally answer anything they want to know. This is no longer my place to jump.”

However, Kim admitted that keeping quiet about West’s antics that hit the headlines is becoming increasingly difficult.

“I definitely protected him and I will still protect my children in the eyes of my children. In my house, my children don’t know anything about what’s going on in the outside world… I’m holding on to a thread,” she said.

“I know that I am so close to not having this happen. As long as this is still happening, I will defend it to the ends of the earth for as long as I can.”

Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.

After months of unsuccessful public attempts by West to win back his ex-wife, the judge declared Keep up with the Kardashians alum officially single in March 2022.

They finalized their divorce on November 29. They now have “equal access” to their four children, according to court documents obtained by Page sixand West pays the Kardashians $200,000 (AU$296,000) a month in child support.

TMZ reported that the Kardashians are having children 80% of the time, as West previously acknowledged in September.

A week before their agreement made headlines, West was accused of displaying pornography and explicit photos of Kim to former employees who spoke to rolling stone for sharp exposure.

Previously, West spoke about his “porn addiction”, saying that she “destroyed” his family.

“Hollywood is a giant brothel. Pornography destroyed my family. I fight addiction, Instagram promotes it,” he wrote in a post that was deleted on Instagram in September. “I won’t let that happen to Northy and Chicago.”
