Kelly Clarkson has joked that she will never find love again after her bitter divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock.
The 39-year-old, who split from her husband last year, opened up about being single and the dating drama on her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show.
She was talking about dating fellow TV presenter Andy Cohen and asked for his advice on moving back from there.
“When I’m on dates with people, I always want to know what they think are funny and what shows they watch,” he told Kelly.
“It’s a great way for me to find out, will we be able to hang out together?”
Kelly explained: “I’m not good at that. I’m always that person who’s like, ‘Oh, I don’t know. Maybe they had a day off.'”
Andy then advised to “bite and run” any red flags, to which Kelly told him, “We should hang out so the rubbing stops.”
Then when they discussed the perfect date spot—Andy preferred an evening of cocktails—Kelly started banging about being single.
“I don’t know. I might be more of a coffee person,” he began.
I don’t know if I’m willing to invest an evening with you just yet.
“I’ll be single forever.”

was a singer officially divorced in September.
Earlier this month, she burst into tears during a Wednesday Christmas special and admitted that she felt “together” amid the divorce.
She shared that she wrote her own song, Merry Christmas (To the One I Used to Know), for people who were feeling like her around the holiday.
Kelly said: “The holidays come with a whole range of emotions.
“I’m going to be real with you all, I was crying in my face when I wrote this next song, which also happens at Christmastime, everyone.”
She explained: “I would just put my kids to bed and I was just going through this, really hard time.
“It was a really tough year for a lot of us, and I wrote this song for me, but also because there aren’t many holiday songs for lonely or lost or just plain sad.”
After introducing himself, Kelly began singing his new song and was suffocated as he felt the pain.
