KATE Ferdinand has revealed the secrets to her super toned body and the daily eating habit that keeps her healthy.
The former TOWIE star, 31, is known for her toned figure and striking abs.
Now, the mother of one of them, who is married to former footballer Rio Ferdinand, 44, has spoken out about her well-being.
Kate, who is the bonus mom of Rio Lorenz’s three children, Tate and Tia, gave birth to son Cree in 2020.
Since the baby’s arrival, Kate has resumed her intense HIIT sessions at 5am at the gym at their stunning mansion.
Speaking about her gym workout on Vicki Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, Kate revealed, “I’ve always been in my workouts, I love working out.

“I like to look good, I won’t lie, but mentally my life is so crazy that this morning hour just calms me down.
“However, I am doing something completely new. I started taking care of my body from the inside.
“I feel like everyone always wants to go to the gym, get their hair done and look good, but I’ve started trying to take care of myself – and I feel like that can help.”
Later in the chat, she went into detail about her routine, a habit that some might find unpleasant.
Kate told former star Geordie Shore that she’s been tired and eating poorly lately, adding: “Now I’m doing it right.
“I love chocolate, I love chips, I love takeout, everything.
“But what I’ve been doing, I’m obsessed with celery juice.
“I hate the taste, it’s disgusting, but the benefits, it will change your life.
“He has mine.”
She added about the veggie smoothie: “First thing in the morning on an empty stomach and you don’t eat for half an hour.
“It’s good for your skin, it’s good for your stomach, it’s good for bloating. The list is endless.
“I’ve had it, and so have the kids, and I just feel more energized and really great. And I eat healthy food for the rest of the day.”
Earlier, Kate told how she returned to form six months after the birth of her son Cree.
She gave birth to a little boy in December 2020 and is back in enviable shape just six months later.
Kate previously admitted to feeling “insecure” about her body after giving birth, and revealed that she’s gradually transitioning to a new fitness regimen.
She said, “I don’t think I could train for six weeks, I didn’t even really walk for six weeks, I don’t think, and then I gradually built it up.”
After giving birth, Kate admitted that she didn’t “beat herself up” to get back into her prenatal body.
This came after she had some difficulties where she felt like she didn’t recognize herself after becoming a mom.
Cree was born by emergency C-section, and the mom initially felt like she needed to get back to her prenatal figure.
She explained, “There are so many things about motherhood that no one tells you about. I had a child, and I was in this whirlwind of emotions.

“My body was not the body I recognized. I felt really overwhelmed. I felt very abnormal and began to panic. “Am I supposed to feel like this?”
She added at the time, “I’d love to see what I looked like before Cree, but I don’t burden myself with the burden because things don’t always go according to plan when you have a baby.”
