CORONATION Street star Alexandra Mardell showed off her palatial home ahead of her upcoming participation in the special edition of Merry Christmas.
The actress, who played Emma Brooker in the hit ITV series, shares her modest home with five-year-old boyfriend Joe Parker.

Alex left her role on the soap opera earlier this year after a four-year stint.
She joins the all-star cast along with five other celebrities to compete for the glittering trophy during the Christmas special.
She is set to appear alongside EastEnders legend Larry Lamb, CBeebies star George Roberts, radio DJ Ricky Haywood Williams, podcaster Rosie Ramsey and Girls Aloud icon Nicola Roberts.
On joining the program, the cheerful actress said, “I grew up on Dancing with the Stars and my mom always said she’d love to see me on the show, so this really is the best Christmas present I could give her.
“I can’t wait to get into the practice room and see what festive moves I can show on the table!”
Alexandra will be paired with professional Strict Come Dancing Kai Whidrington.

The lovers were friends for two years before they started dating in 2017.
In December 2019, the couple decided to take their relationship to the next level and move in together – and they’ve certainly created the perfect home to create lots of fond memories.
Alexandra took to Instagram to announce the happy news and wrote: “He said yes!!!

The room boasts a huge walk-in closet, a Hollywood-style mirror, and a whimsical cow-print carpet to give the room a bit of oomph.
Their master bedroom has a huge double bed with a navy blue frame and some cozy pillows and bedspreads.
Alexandra first rose to prominence in 2018 when she landed the role of Emma Brooker, a hairdressing apprentice at Audrey’s salon.

Emma arrived outside with a bang when she slept with David Platt, who then invited her to move in with him.
But David didn’t really like Emma, he was just struggling to cope with Josh Tucker drugging and raping him.
David and Emma’s romance did not last long, and he soon left her to reunite with Shauna.
Emma then moved in with Maria and is now in a relationship with Chesney, which has become something of a love triangle with Gemma Winter.
Alex also played Kelly Horton in an episode of the ITV drama series Vera back in 2017.
She also starred in the short film Chocolate Pieces and is the co-artistic director of the JunkBox Theatre.
