Countdown star Carol Werderman shows off her Bristol home, which has an outdoor pool, posh kitchen, and spacious living room.
The TV hostess shared a series of photos from inside her palace as she revealed she was selling the house – called Slowblock Hall – in an emotional post.
carol, 60, She detailed to her Instagram followers how she was about to say goodbye for the last time after bringing her beloved home on the market.
The former television presenter said she was a “lucky lady” who “exploded” for so many years inside the stunning property.
She wrote of the collection of photos: “Goodbye my happy place. So many wicked parties, so many wonderful memories. I’m one lucky lady.
“Now I’m on to even more adventures. Wishing the new family that now calls you home, every happiness and health and laughter.”
Carol reveals that she will soon vacate the “property she built” a decade ago for her family.
Sharing a collection of photos from inside the home, fans were treated to a look at the spacious kitchen with dark wood cupboards and marble counters.
Crystal-covered chandelier light fixtures could be seen illuminating the spacious room, which was meticulously decorated with candles and flowers.
A second snap of the kitchen revealed a skylight to let in the natural luminance, along with a curved kitchen island to keep guests entertained.
The mother-in-law also showcased the stunning living room, which features a curved wall covered with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the expansive garden.
The sofa was carefully placed around a wood-burning fire, along with a large dining table set in the open-plan space.
The luxurious room was decked out with plush cream rugs and rugs to match the cream velvet curtains and decorative throw pillows.
Meanwhile, aerial shots showed the public the outdoor space, which consisted of perfectly cut lawns and an expansive swimming pool.
In another photo, the Countdown star was seen posing by the blue waters, in front of a stunning pool house used to entertain guests.
Carol reveals that she named the property Slowblock Hall because of the countdown spoof that provided the inspiration.
She shared a video of the clip, which showed herself, Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie acting in a round of word games as she wrote ‘BOLLOCSK’ on the board.
Despite the apparent note of some colorful language, when the 30-second timer went off, none of the players in the joke clip could guess the eight-letter answer.
“Today I sold a house I built 15 years ago and said goodbye,” she wrote. “Home of a thousand parties. I named it Slowblock Hall.
“Watch this clip of Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie and Richard Whiteley and I. Sloblock’s first ever spoof after that becomes our countdown swear word.
“So I named my house after it — life and ego and showbiz and taking myself too seriously… Slowblock Hall, which means it’s all b*****s.”
Carol completed her post with a sign that was hammered on a tree outside her home after receiving a “council pass” to make the name official.
“I never thought I’d get the name of the council’s naming committee, but I did because I didn’t tell them what that meant,” she revealed.
“Life is too short. It makes me laugh every time I walk through the gates.”
