GRAND Daddy IU’s heartbreaking latest social media post showed rapper Juice Crew laughing and celebrating a new project before his tragic d*ath.
The rapper – real name Ayub Bey – shared a video from the filming of the joint podcast Tha T-Money with the participation of Ciara Ross.
Grand Daddy IU was on the set of the show talking to his friend T. Money and could be seen laughing.

The comment section is now filled with fans sharing tributes to the news of IU’s grandfather’s d*ath at the age of 54.
“Rest in peace legend,” wrote one person.
“Rest in peace IU, praying for the family,” wrote another.
The official Instagram account of the podcast also released a tribute post.
“I am devastated! Got the news this morning, I can’t believe you’re gone!! We just reunited and your future was so promising!” read the post.
“I am blessed to have you on my podcast for your latest interview! I really appreciate you, my brother, for being a friend and always believing in me.
“You took the train to town at the last minute to keep me. I will never forget you and never will!!! Salute my G! Dann, this is crazy!
The news was broken by hip-hop producer Pete Rock on Tuesday, who revealed the rapper had died in his sleep.
The circumstances of his d*ath are currently unclear.
Grand Daddy IU was known for his hits Something New and Sugar Free.
Born in Queens New Yorkand raised on Long Island, Grand Daddy IU burst onto the music scene in the late 1980s.
He has collaborated with several stars over the years including 2pac, Lotto and Big Snow.
He was also a member of the Juice Crew, a New York-based hip-hop collective active from 1983 to 1991.
The group included fellow rappers Biz Markie, Mister Cee, Kool G Rap, and several others.
Paying tribute, his business manager said, “No, I’m not fine. I am devastated.
“Anyone who really knows me knows how much pure love and respect I had for him.
“I pray for a peaceful and easy transition.”

LE Cool Jay shared a tribute to the star by posting a photo of him on his Instagram with emotional signature.
“Rest in power, king. Hip-hop was in your DNA. @granddaddy_iu Thanks for your input.”
Fellow rapper Method Man commented, “Whatoooo?! Never! Long Island legend… Rest in power, king.”
