After some time in the water, the star emerged from the sea, breathing heavily, and informed fans that she had “frostbite”.
Khloe later showed off her toned abs in a different sports top and tiny black sports shorts.
The Newcastle baby smiled broadly after overcoming the brutal ordeal and said she felt mentally strong.

“Me and Miv got up at 6am and went for a dip in the North Sea, let me tell you it was cold as hell but the benefits are definitely true!
