Most celebrities refuse to go under the knife, but a popular Instagrammer has uncovered some of Hollywood’s hottest stars.
Think today’s hot young celebrities are almost too flawless?
It’s probably just not on your mind.
Popular Instagrammer Dana Omari is dedicated to her mission of turning out stars for her subtle plastic surgery procedures. Her account IGFamousByDana, which currently has over 200,000 followers, posts side-by-side photos of celebrities, models and reality stars, often in reference to their public claims that they have never worked out.
But how to explain their shrinking nose, change in eye shape, and evolving body type?
The stars — and their crazy defenders — would say the changes can be attributed to things like weight loss and aging.
But Ms. Omari, 32, a self-appointed nip/tuck detective who works as a consulting manager at a medical spa, isn’t buying it.
“Think about the people in your life you know who age when they’ve lost weight. They don’t change like crazy and in the span of a few years, unless it’s really intense. Wasn’t the weight loss or they went and worked out, you know?”
The same goes for the suggestion, sometimes offered by loyal fans, that high-profile women in their 20s — like Ariana Grande, 28; Kendall Jenner, 26; And 24-year-old Kylie Jenner is still going through puberty.
“If you are still in puberty at 25, something is very wrong, you need to go to the doctor, it is not normal,” said Ms. Omari.
Indeed, younger and younger celebs are going under the knife, getting procedures including facelifts that are commonly associated with aging clients.
Ms. Omari, a registered dietitian who lives in Houston, Texas, believes this is because of pressure from actresses and models.
“We have direct access to [on social media] To criticize them, to criticize them, to compliment them, whatever, and I think that plays a major part in making them look perfect or Instagrammable at any given moment,” she said.
Ms Omari quickly pointed out that her account is not about embarrassing anyone – with one exception.
“I feel strongly about holding some of these celebrities accountable, [particularly] People who are very adamant that they are natural when they are not, and/or they are selling something,” she said.
When it comes to leading ladies using their platform, and their polished looks, to sell products, they argue it’s “unethical” when it comes to lifestyle choices and self-care as a whole. Appreciate attendance.
Instead, Ms. Omari wants the rich and famous to be more candid about their relationships with their surgeons.
“All these people are so beautiful,” she said. ,[But] He did not do yoga-paani his way there. ,
Read on to learn about five sneaky surgical procedures that are making their way through young Hollywood. None of the celebrities mentioned below have admitted to working (and some have publicly denied it).
fox’s eye raised
How do today’s simpletons like 25-year-old Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid achieve that trendy, upswept look around their eyes that’s reminiscent of an Instagram filter? Ms. Omari said, it’s just not good makeup. Instead, starlets are going in for expensive “fox eye lifts,” aka canthoplasty, in which the outer corner of the eye is surgically reshaped.
“It changes the orientation of your eye, it makes your eye look a little bigger but it slant a little bit more when you pull it up,” said Ms. Omari, which costs about $5,000. She said it’s often combined with a surgical brow lift (priced from $3000 to $8000 depending on the surgeon and face), which can make eyes look wider and brighter.
ponytail facelift
Facelift is no longer just for customers of a certain age! The so-called ponytail facelift — “the reason it pulls really high on the temples, which can give you that lifted look,” Omari said — is gaining ground with starlets as young as their 20s. (She estimates that both Bella Hadid and Ariana Grande have gone through the process, which could cost more than $100,000).
As opposed to giving a facelift on an older woman, Ms. Omari said: “When you do it on someone whose tissue hasn’t gone away because they’re in their 20s, it pulls it out of place.” is where their natural starting point is and it gives that faux-eye look,” in addition to an ethereal, smoothed-out appearance that can also be achieved, temporarily, with Botox and fillers.
hair transplant
When we think of celebs getting hair transplants, we usually imagine a man in his 40s or 50s. But symptoms of male pattern baldness can begin by the time a man reaches his mid-20s, which is why Ms. Omari estimates that young stars like Machine Gun Kelly, 31, may be better off rushing this treatment. have been activated.
“When you get a hair transplant, they’re basically taking live follicles from where you can’t miss it,” Ms. Omari said, explaining that whoever did it had something on the back of their head. Well concealed thinning will be where the follicles were harvested.
Another telltale sign? At first, the result “almost looks great, it’s all too dense in a single area,” Ms. Omari said, adding that the procedure can cost $10,000 or more, depending on the extent of the baldness.
This unnatural thickness is due to the “overplant”.[ing] …it can’t grow, so they transplant a little more follicles than you naturally have because there’s not going to take any of it. ,
small breast implants
Omari said Pamela Anderson, the Playboy bunny look is officially over, and women — both starlets and regular guys — are now demanding a proportional increase.
“Most women, probably for a very unfortunate period in the late ’90s and early 2000s, go for a size that fits them. That’s the goal. If they’re on the smaller side, or even if They’re not particularly thin, so they usually don’t go from unexplained breast tissue to Triple D.”
Celebs like Kendall Jenner and 18-year-old Olivia Rodrigo – who Ms. Omari suspects did this $8000 to $15,000 procedure – may have “more projection, more roundness … and a natural-[looking] Elevator,” she said.
sculpture body contour
Dermal fillers are popular for facial contouring, but a lesser known application is to use them to create curves. The sculpture, Ms. Omari said, “fills with volume like lip fillers, but also creates collagen, which can affect shape or size as well and it lasts for about three years.”
However, it is expensive, which is why Ms Omari said it is most accessible to women like the Kardashians, who “can spend $15,000 to enhance their hips with sculpting”.
It’s often used in conjunction with liposuction, “it can really smooth out any dimpling in your thighs, your butt, your hips—anywhere.”
But for someone like Kendall Jenner, who’s naturally quite broad, Ms. Omari guesses her skinny hourglass is all filler. But, Ms. Omari said, “it’s not permanent,” which is why maintenance costs can be especially prohibitive for regular customers.
